Chat messages are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers. They are not used to train AI models. The AI service is provided by Anthropic and is subject to their privacy policy.
Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID. Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat, which receives only anonymous transaction identifiers from Apple.
Poppy requests notification permission to send medication reminders. All notifications are scheduled locally on your device. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
Your data is stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. Data is protected by your device's built-in security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). If you delete the app, all local data is permanently removed.
You can delete all your data at any time by using the "Reset & Restart Onboarding" option in Settings, or by deleting the app from your device. This permanently removes all stored data.
